First we look for resumes related to the desired profile in several specialized job portals and Universities, as well as in local, state and national job boards. We have diverse resources in order to locate a wide range of candidates on a large scale.
A professional recruiter reviews the candidates’ resumes and selects the ideal applicants for the job in terms of knowledge and experience.
A first interview is conducted with the candidates to evaluate fundamental topics such as immigration status, criminal records, family configuration, location of family members living abroad and economic situation. If the candidate meets all the requirements, they are then ready to move on to the next stage.
